Payment
Payment in full for all visit packages is due prior to or at the time of initial visit. Personal checks as well as all major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellations
24 hours notice required for cancellations. $50 fee for missed appointments.
Returned Checks
$25 fee for returned checks.
Refund
You have six months to use prepaid office visits or to request a refund for unused sessions, after which they expire. Refund for unused sessions is in the form of a gift certificate.
Insurance
Hypnosis is rarely covered by insurance. You will receive a detailed invoice if you wish to pursue reimbursement.
Confidentiality
No information will be released about you, without written authorization from you, except as provided for by law.
